Description
A seated nude woman with long dark hair and a fringe looks off to one side, her hands clasped loosely in her lap. Her pale, rounded form is set against a loosely brushed backdrop of yellow and green, painted with the soft, blended strokes Renoir used for his studies of the human figure in the early 1880s.
This nude was painted in 1880 and is held today at the Musee Rodin.
This painting is available from our studio as a hand-painted oil reproduction on artist-grade canvas or as an archival giclee canvas print, made to order in the size of your choice, available framed or unframed, and shipped worldwide.
