Renoir Wall Art Terms of Service

Products and Reproductions

Every item is clearly sold as a reproduction: either a hand-painted oil copy made by an artist from museum open-access imagery or an archival canvas print. These products are not original works by Pierre-Auguste Renoir and are not endorsed by the source museums.

Prices and Confirmed Configurations

The product page calculates the price from the selected medium, exact size and presentation. The cart and order confirmation retain that configuration and price. An unavailable combination cannot be silently substituted.

Payment

Orders are paid in USD through Stripe or PayPal. Payment is captured only after the customer submits the complete checkout. A configuration placed in the cart is not reserved until payment is confirmed.

Production and Approval

Hand-painted oils require approximately 2 to 4 weeks and archival canvas prints approximately 2 to 4 business days. For hand-painted reproductions, completion photos or video are provided before dispatch and reasonable corrections may be requested before approval.

Free Worldwide Delivery

Available orders include free worldwide shipping with tracking, normally through UPS or DHL. Delivery generally takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Customs duties, import taxes or destination charges imposed by local authorities remain the customer’s responsibility.

30-Day Returns

Any order may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer must contact the studio first, package the artwork securely and pay the return shipping cost. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders should be reported with photographs within the same 30-day period.

Intellectual Property and Museum Sources

The original Renoir paintings represented here are in the public domain. Source images come from documented open-access museum records linked from product pages. The site’s original text, branding and layouts remain protected.

Accuracy and Mandatory Rights

We aim to keep titles, dates, dimensions, availability and prices accurate. Material order terms cannot be changed retroactively after an accepted order without the customer’s agreement. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights in the buyer’s applicable jurisdiction.
