Description
A broad blue-green mountain rises at the center of the composition, its peak wrapped in soft cloud that echoes the pink and violet tones of the sky above. Lower hills spread out on either side, painted in overlapping bands of teal and sage.
In the valley below, a small cluster of houses with pink and terracotta roofs sits among dark cypress and olive trees, marking the only human presence in an otherwise open, airy scene. A pale green meadow stretches across the foreground, catching warm afternoon light.
This mountain landscape is available as a hand-painted oil reproduction or an archival canvas print, made to order at the size you choose and true to the original’s proportions, 32.5 by 41 centimeters, held by the Museum Langmatt Sidney and Jenny Brown Foundation.
