Description
Rolling hills glow in deep red, orange and gold beneath a sky streaked with dusty blue and rose, the colours of dusk laid on in broad, confident watercolor washes. A pale house stands small among trees at the foot of the slope, one of the only marks of habitation in the whole scene.
Painted quickly to catch a fading light, the sheet leaves the paper bare in places for the brightest highlights, letting warm and cool washes bleed into one another across the hillside.
Reproduced as a hand-painted oil on canvas or as an archival canvas print, in a range of sizes, framed or unframed.
