Description
A single sheet gathers several quick watercolor vignettes: a woman in a red skirt standing at a garden railing beside a flowering shrub, a second figure in white and pink walking off to the right, and two isolated head studies sketched loosely at the bottom corners.
Painted as a page of studies rather than one finished scene, the sheet lets Renoir test poses, hats and colour combinations side by side, red, blue and soft green washed on quickly over pencil.
Reproduced as a hand-painted oil on canvas or as an archival canvas print, translating one or more of the sheet’s vignettes into a finished wall piece, in a range of sizes, framed or unframed.
