Description
A modest farmhouse with a terracotta roof is almost hidden behind an overgrown screen of bushes and trees, its whitewashed wall and doorway just visible through the foliage. Painted in 1917 and held at the Barnes Foundation, the small canvas (31.3 x 47.2 cm) is rendered in loose, feathery strokes of green, ochre and touches of orange, with a patch of blue sky breaking through the leaves above.
This painting is available as a hand-painted oil reproduction on artist-grade canvas or as an archival giclee canvas print, made to order in the size of your choice, available framed or unframed, and shipped worldwide.
