Description
Loosely brushed roses in cream, pale yellow, and pink cluster together, their soft petals rendered with the feathery, dissolving brushwork of Renoir’s late years. The blooms are set against a deep red-orange background that makes their pale tones glow.
This still life, simply titled Flowers, was painted by Renoir in 1917 and is held today at the Dallas Museum of Art.
Available as a hand-painted oil reproduction on artist-grade canvas or as an archival giclee canvas print, this work is made to order in the size of your choice, offered framed or unframed, and shipped worldwide.
