Jeune femme en chapeau blanc à baies rouges is a close portrait of a young woman resting her chin on her hand, her elbow propped on a ledge. She wears a wide white straw hat trimmed with black ribbon and a cluster of red berries and green leaves, and beneath it a red scarf is tied at her throat over a cream-coloured blouse.
