Description
Nude Reclining on the Grass, painted by Pierre-Auguste Renoir in 1890, shows a woman lying on her front on white cloth spread over the grass, her long, dark red hair flowing loose to one side as she turns her head away from the viewer.
Behind her, a golden, sun-warmed landscape opens onto a distant lake or river under a pale sky, the whole scene bathed in the deep ochre and gold tones typical of Renoir’s outdoor nudes of this period.
This work is offered as a museum-quality reproduction, printed on canvas or fine art paper in a range of sizes, with a frame preview shown before you order.
