Shipping & Returns

Production Times

Every piece is prepared individually after ordering and checked against the museum source image before dispatch. Hand-painted oil reproductions require approximately 2 to 4 weeks for painting, drying, corrections and quality control. Archival canvas prints require approximately 2 to 4 business days.

Photo Approval for Hand-Painted Reproductions

We send photos or a video of the completed oil painting before shipping. You may request corrections before approval. The painting is dispatched only after you approve the result.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Worldwide shipping is free for every available presentation. Delivery normally takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch through UPS or DHL and includes tracking. Customs duties, import taxes or destination charges imposed by local authorities are not collected by the store and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Rolled, Stretched and Framed Shipping

Rolled canvases travel in protective tubes. Stretched and framed works are packed in reinforced boxes appropriate to their size. The configurator disables a presentation when that combination cannot be packed and shipped safely.

30-Day Returns and Full Refunds

You may return any order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact the studio at [email protected] before sending the artwork back, include the order number and package it securely. Return shipping is paid by the customer. The refund is issued to the original payment method after the returned artwork is received and inspected.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective or different from the confirmed configuration, contact the studio within 30 days with the order number, photographs of the artwork and photographs of the packaging. The studio will review the evidence and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund at no cost to you.
