Description
An orange, a rounded fruit, and a lemon-shaped fruit are grouped beside a porcelain lidded box painted with flowers, all resting on a white cloth. Renoir set the still life against a loosely brushed backdrop of warm purples and golds, letting the white cloth carry cool blue shadows.
Titled Fruit and Bonbonnière, this still life measures 24 by 32 centimeters and is held today at the Barnes Foundation.
Available as a hand-painted oil reproduction on artist-grade canvas or as an archival giclee canvas print, this work is made to order in the size of your choice, offered framed or unframed, and shipped worldwide.
